"Success comes to those who work hard and stays with those, who don’t rest on the laurels of the past". Our philosophy of education has always been meeting the needs of the individual child. Children acquire skills and knowledge easily if we can make the surroundings stimulating and purposeful. In the 21st century, technology affects us all. It is changing everything: an exceptional source of information, companionship and education. In such a surrounding when work and effort is valued, the child's self-concept and self-esteem is heightened, and this results in intrinsic motivation.

We try to understand and work with each child, and we firmly believe that it is our responsibility to enable the child in our care to develop as a whole. If innovation and novel ideas are a key to a great future, then we can surely be certain of our place under the proverbial pedagogic sun. We put forward a distinctive blend of offerings in the areas of knowledge and enterprise by encouraging students for academic and sports as well as organizing and taking part in various cultural events.

In this pursuit of excellence, I appreciate the parents for supporting the school in every aspect. I also laud the persistent efforts of our staff members for giving their best in bringing out the best in each child. But I would exhort the students to be always modest, humble and disciplined, while being ready to expand the horizons of their knowledge and skills by dreaming big and working hard. A committed and supportive management, dedicated teachers, caring and co-operative parents blend harmoniously to create a child-centric school. Teamwork is the hallmark of St. Thomas’ School, Dwarka and I am very sure that through collaborative effort we can achieve much more to benefit our students who are the future leaders.
